Shipping & Returns

We have a strict 30-day return policy for any physical items, which means you only have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original package and condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at please Contact Us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Digital products / non-returnable items

ALL digital products have a STRICK NO REFUND POLICY meaning any courses or recordings that have been watched. The purchased is deemed “USED” after being downloaded or opened, because the products here are intangible they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Bundles

Any special offers or bundle discounts are offered as a complete package and no further discounts can be added for only partial items within the bundle itself. The offer/bundle is completed as it is and is only valid for the time the offer/bundle is active.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Limited / non-returnable items

We do not issue refunds on items and/or collections that are deem limited or limited inventory or customized or for a limited time.

Exchanges

To get the items you want faster, purchase the items your want before your return has been completed, or once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for your new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
